Effective September 7, 2026. These terms apply to this informational website. Any paid Recovery Sprint is governed by a separate written service agreement defining the exact list, approvals, responsibilities, and deliverables.

The website explains the current BidRecovery pilot offer. Content may change as the service develops and does not create a service relationship by itself.

No guaranteed business outcome

BidRecovery does not guarantee homeowner replies, appointments, signed contracts, revenue, or return on investment. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including list quality, timing, market conditions, prior communication, pricing, and the roofing company’s sales process.

Company responsibilities

A roofing company using the service is responsible for providing accurate data, identifying exclusions and prior opt-outs, confirming its authority and lawful basis to contact each person, approving sender information and message content, and handling sales conversations after hand-off.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website or the service to submit unlawfully obtained data, impersonate another business, contact people who opted out, distribute deceptive content, or interfere with the website’s operation.

SMS

SMS is not part of the standard email-first pilot. Any future SMS work requires a separate compliant setup and documented consent appropriate to the messages being sent.
