Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective September 7, 2026. This policy describes the BidRecovery website fit-check form. A separate written data-processing agreement governs any homeowner estimate data accepted for a paid sprint.
Information we collect
When you request a fit check, we collect the company contact information and operational details you provide, such as your name, company, work email, optional phone number, approximate estimate volume, current data format, and note.
Do not submit homeowner data here
The public form is not intended for homeowner names, addresses, contact information, estimates, photos, or files. If a sprint moves forward, we provide a separate controlled intake process.
How we use information
We use the information to evaluate fit, respond to your request, prevent abuse, operate the website, and maintain business records. We do not sell the information submitted through this form.
Storage and retention
Fit-check submissions may be processed by infrastructure providers used to operate BidRecovery. We retain them only as long as reasonably needed for the request, security, and legitimate business records, generally no longer than 12 months unless a business relationship or legal obligation requires longer.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your fit-check information, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements, by emailing hello@bidrecovery.com.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service develops. The effective date above will change when we make a material update.
