For Dallas–Fort Worth roofing companies

Your old estimates aren’t dead. They’re just unfollowed.

Give us the roofing estimates that went quiet. BidRecovery organizes the list, runs a disciplined 21-day email follow-up, and surfaces the homeowners who are still open to a conversation.

The process

A clean second pass at work you already paid to quote.

This is not another lead list. It is a focused follow-up sprint for estimates already sitting in your pipeline without a clear yes or no.

1

Send the old list

Export up to 150 dormant estimates. CSV, Excel, or a CRM export is fastest. We check the format and flag records that should not be contacted.

2

Approve the sequence

We prepare the email copy in your company’s voice. You approve the sender identity, wording, exclusions, and hand-off rules before outreach begins.

3

Work the replies

The sequence runs for 21 days and stops automatically when a homeowner replies. Live conversations go back to your team; you close the roofing job.

What is included

Small scope. Clear hand-off. No new software for your sales team.

We focus on one defined batch so the sprint stays easy to approve, monitor, and evaluate.

  • List cleanup, deduplication, and basic segmentation
  • One approved sequence with 3–5 email touches
  • Automatic stop on reply or opt-out
  • Reply hand-off and end-of-sprint summary
  • One-time pilot with no recurring commitment

Founding pilot offer

One old estimate can be worth more than the entire sprint.

The first engagement is intentionally simple: one list, one approved sequence, one 21-day sprint. We confirm that your list is usable before asking you to move forward.

FAQ

Before you send anything

What kind of estimate list works best?

A CSV, Excel file, or CRM export with homeowner name, email, estimate date, and status is ideal. PDF, image, and paper records may need additional preparation, so we review the format before the sprint. Do not upload homeowner data through the public fit-check form.

How old should the estimates be?

The best candidates have gone quiet without a clear yes or no. Active jobs, open disputes, cancellations, prior opt-outs, and contacts your team is currently working should be excluded.

Do I need to change CRMs?

No. BidRecovery works from a defined export and hands replies back to your team. The pilot does not require your sales staff to adopt another CRM.

Are text messages included?

The standard pilot is email-first. SMS is not included unless there is a separate compliant setup and documented consent for every number contacted.

Who approves the messages?

Your company does. Nothing is sent until the sender identity, sequence, exclusions, and hand-off process are approved.

Do you guarantee appointments or signed jobs?

No. We guarantee the defined work in the sprint, not how homeowners respond. Results depend on list quality, timing, market conditions, offer strength, and your team’s follow-up after a reply.
